Refund policy

Can I return my item?

Yes. You can return any product to us undamaged and in its original packaging for a full refund up to 60 days from your purchase.

 

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we've received the item we'll process the refund. It is often instantly refunded to your card but depending on your bank it may take a few days to be credited back to your account.

 

Are returns free?

Yes. We'll either give you a prepaid shipping label, often with a print in store option like Hermes ParcelShop.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched free of charge and with no quibbles.

We will never dispatch your order within an hour of you ordering to give you a chance to change your mind. Once an item has been sent we cannot cancel the order as couriers don't allow this. However, you can return it free of charge once it's arrived.

You'll need to contact us via our Support Email or Livechat if you want to cancel.

 

How long do I have to return an item?

60 days from the date of your purchase.

 

Where should I return my item?

Reach out to support to kick off the return process. We'll get back to you swiftly with details of how to return your items and a shipping label / QR code.

There are 3 options for returning products to us, all of which are free of charge to you:

  1. Yodel Dropshop
  2. Evri ParcelShop
  3. A delivery method of your choice that we reimburse up to a limit depending on the size/weight of your package

Faulty Items

Any faults will be sorted out by our support team with a replacement product or full refund - either directly or via the manufacturer.

 

Damaged Packages

If the packaging is obviously damaged when handed to you by the courier, please refuse the delivery and contact us so we can send sort it out and send you an undamaged one

 

Non-returnable items

Some items, when opened, cannot be returned for hygiene & safety reasons - such as medical or health items, underwear. Please reach out to support if you have any questions.
